Starline PTA’s mission is to support Starline Elementary School as they strive to support students academically, socially and emotionally. Membership is open to all staff and parents. Meetings for the 2021-2022 school year will be held quarterly, and all are welcome.
Starline PTA focuses on four core areas: student achievement, celebrating student success, appreciating staff, and providing additional resources and building improvements. The PTA fundraises in order to provide resources and experiences for staff and students; just some of these include books for classrooms and the library, student of the week rewards, staff appreciation luncheons, instructional supplies, and family fun nights.

The Site-based Council ensures that all stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process. It consists of the school principal, three teachers, one support staff, two parents, and two community members. The purpose of the Council is to develop and review the school's mission and vision statement, adjust to the changing needs of the students and use relevant data to promote the successful learning and development of each child.
