Attention Jamaica Fam: Please see this important message about our upcoming Water Day! Jamaica families: Water/Movie day is almost here! To ensure your student has a safe and enjoyable experience, please be sure to have them bring the following items on Wednesday the 21st: +Water bottle (to stay hydrated) +Sun screen +Towel +Hat +Change of clothes (school shirt is required when not participating in water activities) +Shoes that can get wet (or they can participate barefoot) **please no flip flops for safety reasons ++ If students are wearing a bathing suit, please be modest. One pieces for girls and board shorts with t-shirts for boys are required. Please note, if administration feels that students are not dressed appropriately and modestly, they may be required to wear a shirt or not participate.

We want to wish a very happy and heartfelt retirement to one of our Jamaica Elementary originals, Rita Kidder! Rita was here on the very first day that the doors opened to our Jamaica Crocs! Since then she has been changing and enhancing the lives of hundreds of young minds. We cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have for Rita. Please help us wish her an amazing retirement as we bid her farewell and send her onto her next exciting life adventure!
